Outdoor Details
Mote Park is situated approximately 3 miles from Roscommon town. The Campsite area comprises of two acres with toilet blocks, showers and permanent altar fires.
Indoor Details
Facilities include - one room of seven bunks(14 people), one room of five bunks(10 people), two leader rooms with three beds in each, fully equipped kitchen, gas and electric cookers, fridge freezer, immersion water heater, showers / toilets (also for disabled), games room.
Activities
The centre is situated in the heart of scenic Mote Park which has many excellent woodland walks and hikes. The wood is also fully mapped for orienteering purposes. It is within easy reach of Roscommon town, Galway and Athlone where all activities including watersports, bowling etc are available.
