Annual Pack Holiday
The Cub Scout Pack Holiday is the event that puts all the Cub Scouts new skills into practise. The event normally lasts a few days and can be done by the Cub Scout Pack going away on their own or with other groups. The Cub Scouts are very involved in the running of the camp and do the majority of the jobs on the camp
While on the camp, all the Cub Scouts work together to get the jobs done. The jobs are normally done in the small groups of the six. Everything is done in good spirits and is always bursting with enthusiasm! During the camp most of the time is spent out in nature as it gives the Cub Scouts a chance to explore more about the world around them.
There are plenty of stories to tell and experiences to share. The Campfire is a focal point for this and is the location for a lot of sharing to go on. The Campfire is also an essential part as it is like a flame that keeps the spirits high.
