Dear Scout,John Lawlor Contingent Leader

I am writing to invite you to join us on the adventure of a lifetime, and become a member of the Scouting Ireland Contingent to the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden during the summer of 2011.

Scouts & Scouters from all over Ireland will make up the Irish contingent and as part of this group you will find friends for life with them & indeed with the Scouts from all over the world that you will meet.

The theme for the Jamboree is Simply Scouting. This will be a great chance to experience the very best of World Scouting and to show off our skills as Irish Scouts.

A World Scout Jamboree is very special and a bit like the Olympic Games of Scouting except every participant shares the glory and the fun!

This could be one of your greatest Scouting experiences.

Won't you join us!

Yours in Scouting

John Lawlor
Contingent Leader
