Mary Hogg

Mary started out as an Assistant Cub Scout Leader in 15th Derry, Coleraine Cub Scout Group back in 1979. In 1995, she moved to Cookstown and immediately transferred to the 6th Tyrone Cub Scout Group, where she remains a leader up to the present day. Throughout her Scouting history, Mary has served as ARC for Cubs, Regional Commissioner, and Regional Secretary all in Sperrinvale Region. She has also been involved at Provincial Level as Provincial Secretary.

Mary is currently Group Leader in 6th Tyrone Group. On the international scene Mary has organised and led Scout Camps to Washington DC, North Carolina, California, Canada and Switzerland. She has also shadowed HR and Administration in the Icelandic Moot. Closer to home, Mary has worked on several Provincial Camps and was part of the HR and Administration Team in Jambori 2018.

As a Director in Scouting Ireland, Mary has chaired the Transition Sub Committee and served on the Quality of Scouting Sub Committee.
