On the 11th–12th of October, over 80 youth members came together in Dodder Scout County for our annual Youth Leadership Weekend.
Across two busy days, cubs and scouts took part in Patrol Leader, Assistant Patrol Leader, Watch Leader, Assistant Watch Leader, and Sixer & Seconder training sessions. The cubs and scouts worked on developing key leadership skills to bring back to their sections.
Scouts and Ventures also engaged in a lively Youth Forum, where they shared ideas, discussed challenges, and shaped future plans for their programme and County events.
This event was a massive success, and a huge thank you is due to all the leaders and facilitators who delivered the programme and supported the youth members throughout.
