The European Scout and Guide Conference is a joint event organized by the Europe Region of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and the Europe Region of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). It serves as the primary decision-making and collaboration platform for the national Scout and Guide organizations across Europe.
The Conference takes place every three years and brings together member organizations of both WOSM and WAGGGS in the European region. Delegates discuss and decide on regional strategies, policies, and projects. They also elect regional committees. The event emphasizes collaboration between Scouts and Guides, fostering partnerships, joint initiatives, and shared values like inclusivity, youth empowerment, and sustainability. Alongside formal sessions, the event includes workshops, networking opportunities, and educational activities.
