International Mountain Moot 2025

Location: Eryri National Park, Wales
Dates: Friday evening, 24th October – Sunday evening, 26th October 2025
(Aligned with the Irish October Public Holiday)
Accommodation: Under canvas (camping is mandatory)
Cost: €39 per Scouter
(Includes Scouting Ireland Overseas Insurance, campsite fees for 3 nights, and all hill skills training)

Event Overview

This weekend is designed to upskill Scouters so they can confidently lead their own youth-centred expeditions.
It is open to ANY adult member of Scouting Ireland, regardless of experience or qualifications — because “hill walking is for everybody.”

- Overseas Insurance (enhanced)
- Campsite fee (3 nights)
- All hill skills education and training

Note:
Travel and food are not included and must be arranged individually.
Camping on-site is mandatory.

Payment must be made at time of booking (card only)
Non-refundable, but places can be reassigned to another Scouter

Travel & Visa Information

Participants are responsible for their own visa, paperwork, and travel permissions for entry to the UK
